A regular grounding practice can greatly assist in reducing anxiety and stress, grounding our energies deep into the Earth promotes a sense of safety, calm, peace and presence.
I highly recommend this as a daily practice for those on a spiritual path as well as anyone who suffers from, overwhelm, cluttered mind. Will also assist with releiving stress and anxiety, a great daily practice for those with busy lives.
