This session promotes overall wellbeing, releasing and clearing heavy energies leaving you feeling lighter, in balance and grounded. An energy maintenance session to support overall wellbeing. Session will be tailored to your specific needs and may include a combination of the following: Reset nervous system, balance hormones, chakras & flow within the energy body, grounding energies, auric field clearing, frequency lifting, physical & emotional healing.
