Service Description
The intention of the session will be to meet and support you at the place you are at in life right now, advice, tips and techniques will be given to assist with any areas of difficulty that you are experiencing, with the intention of helping you through any blocks you are coming up against in life. This session may include some energy work and will include a grounding meditation to set the energies during our time together, I create a safe container to share and been seen and heard. This session is guided intuitively therefore will always serve you for your highest good. I look forward to working with you. This service is available both in person or over Zoom.
