Reiki Energy Healing
Before our session we will have spent a little time during our consultation call discussing any areas of focus for the healing session.
We will start with a relaxing grounding meditation which will put you in a clear and grounded state ready for you to relax and unwind whilst I carry out the Reiki session, there is nothing for you to do during the session, this is an opportunity to enjoy being at peace, this is time for you. I will play relaxing healing tone music which will also assist with the healing. After the session we will discuss any areas that came up and how you felt during the session.
Afterwards, you will feel lighter, energised and clear minded with many more positive effects to follow in the weeks even months following. Everyone heals differently and has different things happening within their energy body, your experience with Reiki will be unique to you.

Intuitive Coaching
A coaching session with me with take the form of a 1 -1.5hr telephone call during which we will discuss areas of your life that you feel you may like some assistance with, areas that you feel you are stuck. My guidance will come through with ideas on mindset techniques and tools and tips on how to view and handle things differently moving forward. You will get take aways tailored specifically to your needs to put into practice following the session. Dependant on your needs these will take the form of affirmations, breathing techniques, guided meditations and lots of advice and techniques to try.
Often times it will mean looking at taking a different approach to the ones you have taken in the past, making a little more space and time in your life for 'you' than you have been. Openness and commitment to change are key here, when these are in place amazing life altering changes and results can be achieved. The coaching session will leave you feeling empowered, inspired and motivated to implement your new ideas and techniques. Light Language & Crystal Attunement
Light Language transmissions are channeled messages for your highest good, they take the form of a video message which is encoded with energetic light codes sent to unlock parts of your consciousness, these messages have never been more needed and hold incredible transformative power. Each transmission is completely unique to you and can be either for your highest good or to assist with a particular area of your life.

Crystal Attunement is a beautiful offering that I love to do for people, I love knowing that there are crystals out there working to support people on their journeys.
Following a consultation call during which we discuss which areas in your life you feel you need the most support with right now, I will select a crystal to assist, this selection is guided and will be an ideal energetic match for both you and the purpose for which it is intended. This crystal will be attuned with healing Reiki energy and with intention to support you in a particular area of your life. This could be self love, relationships, career, anxiety, whatever may be coming up for you that your feel you need assistance with. This makes a unique and special gift for someone so if you would like to book on someone else's behalf feel free to contact me to arrange.
Price varies dependant on the crystal, however you can choose a budget I would recommend between £20.00 - £35,00 approx (you may also provide your own crystal to be attuned) + £30.00 for discussion & Attunement (over 2 hours in total time) +p&p

My Approach
All of the sessions I hold are guided whether it is a Reiki, Coaching, Bespoke Crystal Attunement, Light language Transmissions or Guided Meditations, everything is tailored to you and I have help and guidance along the way which ensures that it is always for your highest good. I consider myself very lucky to be a channel for such incredible insight and healing power it is an honour and a privilege to have the purpose of being a Healer.
What does being a channel mean? It means that your session with me will be supported and guided by my guides and yours for your highest good in your life right now. How this applies to Reiki is that I am guided the whole way through the session as to what energy needs clearing, etc and when coaching I receive guidance and constructive ideas as to the areas that you can work on to create impactful changes in your life.
